Prepare for Your Session

Within 48 business hours of registering for In-Person Orientation, you will be emailed a confirmation of your registration and directions to register a parent or guest for Parent & Family Orientation.

In the days leading up to your In-Person Orientation session, you will be emailed details about what to expect and arrival information.

In-Person Orientation involves a lot of walking around campus - make sure to where good walking shoes, bring water, and snacks! If you need a disability accommodation to be able to fully participate at Orientation, apply for an accommodation here: http://u1hf.wolaipei.com/dss/apply/.

Note: All first-year students are required to attend Academic Advising regardless of Orientation modality. 

Within 48 business hours of registering for Online Orientation, you will be emailed a personal link to your Online Orientation module with directions for completion.

Google Chrome or Firefox are the best internet browsers to use for Online Orientation. Other browsers may not fully support Online Orientation’s video and audio.

The link that you are emailed is personal and unique to your account. Do not share your link with others, and do not use someone else’s link, as it will not count towards completion.

You can access Online Orientation on your phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop. You may begin the module, pause it, and return to it as much as you need. Just make sure you complete it by August 23!
